Notice and shipment of exchanges must be done within seven days of customer receiving merchandise. Once shipped, we do not accept returns.

If you would like to exchange your purchased item, your new selection must be of equal or greater value. Additional payment must be made on items of greater value before your exchange is shipped. WE DO NOT HONOR REFUNDS FOR EXCHANGES.

You are responsible for purchasing a label to ship the items back to us. Your new item will be shipped at no additional cost to you.

We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that they were received. 

Once received, it may take up to 14 business days to process your exchange.
